Our events weave together ancient practices and conscious movement into a single afternoon that opens the heart, frees the body, and settles the mind.
We open with ceremonial-grade cacao — the heart medicine — to soften the mind, awaken the senses, and call in intention for the journey ahead.
A free-form, sober movement journey guided by music. No steps to follow, no right or wrong way. Your body leads and your mind finally rests.
We close with an immersive sound journey that carries you inward — integrating everything that moved through you and bringing you home to stillness.
Who we are
We are two facilitators, two musicians, and two humans on the same path as you — learning to live more fully, more freely, and more connected to what matters.
For over three years we have been holding space across the world, weaving cacao, movement, and sound into containers where people feel safe enough to truly show up.
We bring deep respect for the medicines and traditions we work with, and a playful spirit that reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously. Sacred doesn't have to mean solemn.
